Barbara has worked as a mental health counselor in Connecticut for the past 10 years across various settings. Her experience includes school-based health centers, outpatient treatment, intensive in-home services, therapeutic group homes, and residential treatment centers. She primarily works with adolescents and young adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss, interpersonal issues, trauma, and family dynamics.
